Auto Fill Program

When you sign up for AutoFill, you receive automatic shipments of products you specify, on a schedule/frequency you specify, and  you never run out of your pet’s favorite products.

Your personal account manager will email you one week prior to your next Auto Delivery shipment so you may make any changes you require.

Simply fill out the form below and a specialist will call you within 3 days to complete the setup process.

Your Auto Delivery items will be billed to your account on the date they ship. Current prices apply. To avoid any delays to your scheduled shipments, your credit card information is required on file.

From time to time, popular items may become temporarily unavailable. If this is the case when your Auto Delivery product is scheduled to ship, we’ll notify you of the backorder via email.

Yes. All controlled substances are exempt from the Auto Fill Program. Predicting a day supply on some medications can be extremely difficult, so medications such as creams, ointments, and gels are exempt for the Auto Fill Program.

There is no minimum or maximum number of medications you can enroll. You may enroll as many qualifying medications as you wish to manage.

When we process one of your medications that was previously enrolled but no longer has any refills, the email you receive will be marked to identify that prescription. If it is enrolled in the Auto Fill Program, that prescription will automatically be sent to our pharmacy. From there, our staff will attempt to contact your veterinarian on your behalf to get a refill renewal on your pet’s medication(s). After contacting your veterinarian and receiving the approval, we will add the medication back into the program.

If you no longer wish to participate in our Auto Fill Program, you can opt out at any time. Please email us to cancel your auto fill subscriptions at or call your personal account manager at 877-220-6337.

Yes. We have taken the utmost care in protecting your account information while participating in our pharmacy auto fill program. After you enroll a prescription, at no point during the automated processes is any of your private information revealed. In the email correspondence, we do not reveal ANY private financial information. We are dedicated to protecting your account information.

First, check your Spam or Junk folders to make sure they haven’t been automatically placed there. If so mark them as Not Spam and add to your email, contact list or approved sender list to prevent that from happening. If this doesn’t help, please call our pharmacy  877-220-6337 during business hours and we’ll look into it for you.

Any refills you have will remain on file, however if you don’t see them in your online account, don't worry!
During checkout, select the option that lets us know your refill is on file.
