Cimetidine Compound Warnings
Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Do not use in animals with known allergies to cimetidine. Cimetidine will manage your pet’s problems, but will not cure them. Do not use in pregnant or lactating animals. Use with caution in animals with kidney damage, liver damage, diabetes, or asthma. Cimetidine can have a negative interaction when mixed with some medications, including certain antacids, metoclopramide, sucralfate, digoxin, or diazepam. Shake oral suspensions before use. Store at room temperature.

Use as directed by your veterinarian. Follow the instructions on the prescription label. Store cimetidine at room temperature. Be sure to complete the prescription to ensure a full recovery, even if your pet seems to be improving, unless instructed otherwise by your veterinarian. Cimetidine Compound Dosage FAQs
In the case of a missed dose of cimetidine, give it as soon as you remember or wait until it is time to give the next dose. DO NOT GIVE A DOUBLE DOSE OF CIMETIDINE. In the case of an overdose of cimetidine, seek attention from your veterinarian. The following symptoms could be signs of an overdose nausea, diarrhea, disorientation, or extreme weakness.
