Endosorb Tablets are used to treat minor intestinal upset and diarrhea in dogs.
Endosorb Tablets Basics
Endosorb Tablets treat simple diarrhea in pets. They are antibiotic free and contain several active ingredients: attapulgite, citrus pectin, carob pulp, magnesium trisilicate, and aluminum silicate. Attapulgite absorbs toxic material in your pet’s stomach. Citrus pectin and carob pulp help soothe your pet’s stomach upset. Magnesium trisilicate and aluminum silicate work as antacids.
