Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Do not use in pets with known hypersensitivity to Epizyme or any of its ingredients. Allow food and Epizyme to sit for five minutes after mixing. Feed your pet three times daily while giving Epizyme. Epizyme is not intended for human consumption. Store at room temperature, protected from light and moisture.
Give as directed by your veterinarian. Follow the instructions printed on the prescription label. Feed your pet at least 3 times a day while using Epizyme. Store at room temperature, protected from light and moisture. To administer, mix Epizyme with moistened food and let the mixture sit for five minutes.
